America’s Power Applauds Senate Confirmation of Andrew Wheeler as EPA Administrator

Washington — Today, the United States Senate confirmed Andrew Wheeler’s nomination to serve as EPA Administrator. America’s Power (ACCCE) issued the following statement by Michelle Bloodworth, President and CEO:

“We applaud the U.S. Senate’s swift action to confirm Andrew Wheeler as EPA’s formal Administrator. During his time as Acting Administrator, Andrew Wheeler has been seen as a thoughtful leader who understands the need for sensible environmental policies. His long experience in public service demonstrates his integrity in serving EPA’s mission. We congratulate Administrator Wheeler, and look forward to his continued leadership at the EPA.
