WASHINGTON (April 23, 2014) – America’s Power, the country’s leading coal advocacy group, launched a new contest giving fans a chance to meet America’s favorite NASCAR driver, Dale Earnhardt Jr., and to attend the NASCAR Nationwide and Sprint Cup Series races in Homestead, Fla. this November.

America’s Power works in Washington, D.C. and communities across the country to promote and protect affordable, reliable coal-fueled electricity. Last year, Earnhardt Jr. toured CONSOL Energy’s Enlow Fork Mine in Washington, Pa. and the John W. Turk Power Plant in Fulton, Ark. Smith visited the Prairie State Energy Campus in Marissa, Ill.
